The Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-off is a cooking competition. Rib cookers will be judged and are eligible for trophies and prizes. Here's the prize structure for 2012:
1st place: $7,500
2nd place: $3,000
3rd place: $2,000
4th place: $1,000
5th place: $500
Best sauce: $500
Winners will be announced on the West Stage on Monday, September 2nd around 2pm. See a list of all past winners here.
People's Choice Voting Booth
Stop by the People's Choice Voting Booth, located under the gazebo on the corner of 11th St. and Victorian Ave. Voting is open Noon to 8 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday.
