The Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-off is a cooking competition. Rib cookers will be judged and are eligible for trophies and prizes. Here's the prize structure for 2009:
1st place: $7,500
2nd place: $3,000
3rd place: $2,000
4th place: $1,000
5th place: $500
Best sauce: $500
Winners will be announced on the West Stage on Monday, September 7th around 2pm. See a list of all past winners here.
