More than two dozen top barbecue teams from across the country will be competing for nearly $20,000 in prize money and bragging rights. Expect to sample St. Louis‑style pork ribs from worldwide contenders—think more than 240,000 pounds served over the festival!
Rib Village
For a premium experience, buy a ticket for Rib Village, the shaded VIP zone next to Victorian Square. Tickets are sold online only, first‑come first‑served.
What you get with your ticket:
- All‑you‑can‑eat rib buffet (sample from 20+ competing cookers)
- Unlimited side dishes
- Unlimited beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks, water)

Rib Village
Lunch Special (Wed-Friday):

Dinner (Wed-Mon) & weekend Ribster Lunch (Sat–Mon):
Full buffet access
Table tickets sold in blocks (e.g. $1,100–$1,600 per 10‑seat table); individual seats available earlier in week only

Rules & limits inside Rib Village:
- Valid ticket required for ages 3+
- Consume all food/drinks inside area
- 21+ ID required for alcohol

Admission is free, strolling the vendor aisles or enjoying live music costs nothing—only pay for ribs, crafts, and Rib Village if chosen.
