More than two dozen top barbecue teams from across the country will be competing for nearly $20,000 in prize money and bragging rights. Expect to sample St. Louis‑style pork ribs from worldwide contenders—think more than 240,000 pounds served over the festival!
Rib Village
For a premium experience, buy a ticket for Rib Village, the shaded VIP zone next to Victorian Square. Tickets are sold online only, first‑come first‑served.
