Official Rules - Rib Village Giveaway

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Nugget Casino Resort, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter
Participants must complete the official entry form in full to be entered.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a full table (10 seats) at Rib Village on Monday, September 1, 2025 during the Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-Off.

Approximate retail value of the prize is $1,600.

Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Drawing & Winner Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Drawing will take place on August 23nd, 2025.

Winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Nugget Casino Resort and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

Winner agrees to allow Nugget Casino Resort to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Nugget Casino Resort reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

6. Governing Law
Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
